Ordinary General Meeting of Members – Burgee of Regio Yacht Club Italiano

Dear Members,

On May 21, the Ordinary General Meeting of Members was held at our Clubhouse, during which the 2025 financial statements and the 2026 budget were unanimously approved. All documents related to the Ordinary General Meeting may be consulted by accessing the Members’ Area on our website.

A total of 71 Members attended in person and 77 by proxy, for an overall total of 148 voters.

Prior to the Meeting, Members were presented with the Burgee of the Regio Yacht Club Italiano, dating back to the early 1900s, which was recently rediscovered at the Naval Museum of Pegli and donated to the Club by the Fondazione Promotori Musei del Mare, whose President is our Member Maurizio Daccà and whose Board Member is our President Carlo Cameli.

The Burgee, measuring 3 by 2 meters, will be displayed in the main hall of our Clubhouse as a testament to the Club’s history and tradition.
